Welcome to Jamaica!

My name is Kamryn Holman and I'm going to show you the wonders of Jamaica.This website shows the history,traditions/culture,geography,careers, and some photos of Jamaica. Jamaica is known for it's sports, amazing beaches, and its abundance of waterfalls. It's waterfalls can put you into a deep trance of imagination. Across Jamaica you can find at least 50 beaches, every beach is a little different from others.

What You Need to Know

Jamaica is the birthplace of the music genre reggae.Jamaican singer Bob Marley was born in Nine Mile, Saint Ann Parish, Jamaica. It's also home to the world's fastest sprinters/runners. Retired Jamaican Sprinter, Usain Bolt was widely considered the greatest sprinter of all time. Driving in Jamaica is different than the US.Rather than driving on the right side, they drive on the left side of the road! It is the third-largest island in the Caribbean, which also has 4 major mountain ranges. While it's home to 4 mountain ranges, it sits on top of a HUGE underwater mountain.
