Jamaica is mostly known for their interesting tasting food and cooking. Jamaican jerk seasoning is their most loved and famous seasoning all around the world. Their food is usually spicy and their usual lunch/dinner are large and last for at least an hour. Jamaicans typical breakfast is either Liver, Ackee, Mackerel, or Red Herring, served with boiled banana, dumping, yam, etc... The typical Jamaican lunch consists of patty and cocoa bread, bun & cheese, and Meat loaf. The usaual Jamaican dinner includes Curry chicken, shrimp, Escovitch Fish, and Steam Fish.

Jamaica's most popular sports are mostly from Britain. Their most popular sports are cricket, athletics, and association football. Sprinting world records such as the 100m and 200m were broken by Usain Bolt. Usain Bolt was born on August 21, 1986 in Sherwood Content, Jamaica. Usain is a retired sprinter who won 8 Olympic gold medals. His nickname in the sprinting industry was Lightning bolt. His title for the world's fastest sprinter brought joy to Jamaicans.
